SAQ employees could be on strike before Fête nationale
The Société des alcools du Québec’s 5,500 employees from 400 locations across the province will vote on a six-day strike mandate on that could begin as early as the eve of Fête nationale on Saturday.

Teen arrested after violent assault of 16-year-old in Trois-Rivières
A teenager suspected of participating in an assault that seriously injured another teen in a Trois-Rivières park on Friday was arrested Sunday night.
The suspect is expected to make an appearance in youth court at the Trois-Rivières courthouse later Monday.

Coroner's report: Cyclist's death on Mount Royal was an accident
A coroner has concluded the death of Clément Ouimet on Mount Royal last October was an accident.
The 18-year-old cyclist died on Oct. 4, 2017, after his bike struck the rear door of a Toyota Highlander SUV that was in the process of making a U-turn on Camillien-Houde Way, the street that crosses through the mountain. He died that night in a hospital.View this document on Scribd
