  Laval police have turned to the public for help in tracking down the suspect in a service station robbery.
  The incident took place March 14 at a Shell station at 480 Curé-Labelle Blvd. in the city’s Fabreville district.
  Police say the suspect entered the station at about 9:30 a.m. Once inside, he waited in line behind other customers. Once he reached the counter, he showed the cashier he was carrying a pistol and told him to hand over the cash in the till. He fled the scene on foot.

  Westbound Highway 10 at the CN tracks in Brossard was re-opened to traffic by 9 a.m. Monday morning after being closed for nearly three hours after a truck carrying a concrete beam lost its load.
  The incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m., when the beam slid off the truck as it travelled near the intersection of Highway 134. The beam, which is destined for use in the construction of the new Champlain Bridge, was replaced on the bed of the truck by 9 a.m.
