Flood threat recedes on most Quebec waterways, but authorities keep watch
Most of the Quebec waterways placed under flood watch by civil authorities were seeing their water levels drop Tuesday morning.
But there are still numerous rivers and streams where higher than normal water levels continue and minor flooding has been reported at numerous sites, according to Hydro-Météo, the flood risk monitoring service.
