  Small business owners in Quebec feel more optimistic than those in the rest of the country, according to a monthly survey by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
  Quebec had the highest overall confidence index at 66.3, up 0.9, followed by British Columbia, Nova Scotia and then Alberta.

  A man in his 20s is dead after the car he was in collided head on with an SUV in Terrebonne late Wednesday.
