She may be in the Montreal area or there’s a strong chance she’s in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, the statement said. She uses public transit, it said.

The Canadiens have also come alive.

Canada’s junior team to rely on speed, depth at world championship
HAMILTON — Looking at Canada’s junior team roster there are no budding superstars like Connor McDavid or Mitch Marner. But there is a simple philosophy: take time and space away from your opponent and then you can take the puck, too.
Head coach Dominique Ducharme and Hockey Canada executives Shawn Bullock and Joel Bouchard have built a team that is fast, very deep and balanced heading into a competitive world junior championship in Buffalo, N.Y.

Jack Todd: The year everything went wrong in Montreal sports
It was the worst of times — and the worst of times. An entire year of Blue Mondays. Failures stacked atop failures. A year that will go down in the often glorious history of Montreal sports as an annus horribilis when this city’s men’s professional teams did a fair impression of the Three Stooges — stumbling, bumbling and fumbling their way from one loss to the next.

Glass walls welcome Laurentian vistas into remodelled cedar home
Light would be a most appropriate word to describe this superb residence overlooking Lac Manitou in the Laurentians. Light as in graceful, airy, and light as in sunlight entering from an abundance of glass walls.
But earthy would be another good term as well. Though the architecture is resolutely modern, the house blends perfectly into the natural landscape, and seems to be anchored by the retaining stone walls that surround it.
When Mike and Marcia (who asked that their last names not be publis -
