  Julie Brisebois won a tight election race Sunday to become the new mayor of Senneville.
  Brisebois went from serving as a town councillor to the mayor’s chair by defeating George McLeish, a 74-year-old former mayor of Senneville, by a slim margin of 19 votes.
  Brisebois collected 245 votes (48. 42 per cent) to 226 for McLeish (44.7), while Cam Mickie, an outgoing councillor, placed third with 35 votes (6.9 per cent).
