Matthew Shiltz latest to get shot on Alouettes' quarterback carousel
Perhaps you’ve noticed the Alouettes have gone through a few quarterbacks since the retirement of Anthony Calvillo in 2014, unable to find the heir apparent to pro football’s career passing leader.
There’s probably a correlation between Calvillo getting concussed during a game in 2013 and the Als missing the playoffs for a third consecutive season. That, and myriad other reasons.
“We all know the quarterback position is the toughest to fill. It takes a lot of dedication, -

Canadiens' Charles Hudon pays tribute to deceased friend after scoring
After the Canadiens’ Charles Hudon scored his first NHL goal in Monday night’s 8-3 win over the Senators in Ottawa, he pointed skyward as part of his celebration.
He did the same thing after scoring his second goal later in the game and will continue to do so after every other goal he scores in the NHL, he says.
Hudon does it as a tribute to his friend Nicholas Antonelli, who was killed six years ago at age 17 after being hit by a drunk driver while walking home from a party.
