  A Mirabel resident who was a passenger on a small aircraft found to be carrying 290 pounds of cocaine after it had to make an emergency landing in Ohio earlier this year has been sentenced to a 63-month prison term. 
  According to The Columbus Dispatch, a newspaper in Ohio, David Ayotte, 46, was sentenced to the prison term on Thursday in a U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio.

  The aggregate price of houses and condos rose to $384,055 during the three-month period that ended on Sept. 30, according to the Royal LePage House Price Survey.
