Homeowners could see Hydro rates jump by up to $2.95 a month
Hydro-Québec plans to ask Quebec’s Régie de l’énergie for permission to raise hydro rates by 1.1 per cent, it said on Tuesday.

A 23-year-old man was charged Monday with reckless driving causing death in the wake of a hit and run in Pointe-Calumet that left a 66-year-old man dead.
