  Three Asian carps were seized in Montreal on Wednesday in an operation carried out by Quebec’s department of forests, wildlife and parks. The fish are an invasive species and are illegal to own, buy or sell in Canada.

  The painting is a serigraph made in 1986 and was stolen from a private residence in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The SQ led a search in St-Hyacinthe on July 4 and found the painting. The SQ would not provide more details about the location because the investigation remains ongoing. No arrests have been made.
