Residents were evacuated from a 25-unit condo building in the city's northeast Tuesday morning after a car went up in flames in the underground parkade. A man faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of a Wetaskiwin County woman. Corey Anderson, 44, was charged on Friday in the Nov. 25 death of 44-year-old Janet Magnuson in Breton. Victim in critical condition following Lethbridge house fire
One person was rescued and transported to hospital in critical condition after fire broke out at a northside Lethbridge home Monday night. Fire crews and paramedics responded to a house in the 2400 block of 20 Street North shortly after 6:30 p.m. It took nearly 90 minutes for crews to extinguish the blaze.
