Young Calgary woman charged in Rundle suspicious death
A Calgary woman has been charged in connection with the death of a man in the community of Rundle this weekend. Officers were called to the 100 block of Rundleson Way N.E. just after 12 a.m. on Sunday for reports a man had been assaulted. Police say the victim, who was severely injured, died at the scene. Calgary man charged with money laundering in alleged mortgage fraud scheme
A Calgary man is facing charges after allegedly scamming financial institutions out of $2.1 million in a mortgage fraud scheme. RCMP allege the accused fraudulently purchased property and engaged in money laundering between 2015 and 2020. He was arrested on Oct. 18. After an unseasonably warm start to the fall, Calgary saw a record-breaking dump of snow over the weekend. The snowfall began Friday night and continued Saturday. Calgary police find teen girl missing from Dalhousie
Calgary police say a 15-year-old girl who went missing from the community of Dalhousie on Saturday has been found. The teen hadn't been heard from since leaving her home on the afternoon of Oct. 22.
