Strathmore RCMP responded Friday to a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle along Dead Horse Road, east of Langdon, that left one person in life-threatening condition. Ottawa paramedics are thanking an eight-year-old boy for saving an elderly man who was almost completely buried in snow during a blizzard Monday morning.
