Police make third arrest in abduction of international student in Markham
A third man wanted in connection with the kidnapping of a Chinese international student in Markham last month has now been arrested, York Regional Police confirmed Friday. The suspect, who police allege helped kidnap 22-year-old Wanzhen Lu from an underground parking garage near Highway 7 and Birchmount Road, was arrested on Thursday. Manslaughter charge laid after Innisfail man killed
Innisfail RCMP have laid a charge of manslaughter after a man found injured on a sidewalk died earlier this week.
