    LONG SAULT — Two men from Nova Scotia are facing charges after OPP responded to a collision on Highway 401 near the Moulinette Road exit on May 10.On behalf of the Cornwall Regional Task Force, RCMP released details of the charges on Monday .The OPP officers responding to the collision contacted the task force after noting one of the vehicles was towing a trailer with suspected contraband. The investigating officers alleged the trailer was carrying a large quantity of unstamped tobacco.RC
