  • Cornwall police charge teen with assaults, threats, breach

    A 13-year-old girl is facing four charges following a police investigation. Police alleged the teen assaulted and threatened another person on Feb. 28. The teen was taken into custody at police headquarters on Wednesday. The teen, whose identity cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with two counts of assault; uttering threats; and breach of a peace bond / recognizance for failing to keep the peace.
