    Heritage-Patrimoine Cornwall Committee held its annual Heritage Fair at the Cornwall Square on Saturday.     A 24-year-old man from Cornwall is facing two charges after police responded to a complaint on Saturday. Police alleged the man threatened to kill his ex-boyfriend, and another person.
