    A Cornwallite who moved to the west coast to build a career in finance and her family has passed away. Christine Bergeron died on Feb. 13, following a brain-cancer diagnosis. News of her passing was shared via her LinkedIn account, as well as by her family and friends. Bergeron was in her 52nd year, born to parents Ron and Marilyn in 1974.     ALEXANDRIA — The Township of North Glengarry has experienced a significant increase in stray dogs over the past few years and has partnered with the Township of Russell to address its concerns.
