    One Cornwall councillor voiced his opinion on Monday that the Massey Commons risk assessment didn’t come across as a risk assessment meant for neighbouring schools and residents, but as one for the future residents of the facility. “It feels more like a risk assessment for the sidewalk in, not the sidewalk out,” said Coun.
