  Cornwall, ON – A 42-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 9th, 2018 and charged with threats and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 8th, 2018, the man threatened to damage his ex-girlfriend’s car. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
