It is alleged during a traffic stop on April 23rd, 2018 the man gave a false name to police and was found operating a stolen motorcycle.   Toronto Police Service offer assistance to family and friends of victims, Hotline createdOn Monday, April 23, 2018, at about 1:30 p.m., police were called to a collision in the area of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue East. It was reported that a van had mounted the curb and a number of pedestrians had been struck.
  The van has been seized and the driver was arrested.
