  Cornwall, ON – A 31-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on January 24th, 2018 and charged with breach of recognizance for being in contact with a certain person. It is alleged the woman was found to be in breach of her conditions during a traffic stop on January 24th, 2018. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as her conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim in the matter.
