  Cornwall, ON – A 50 year old Cornwall man was arrested on July 6, 2017. It is alleged that between January 2013 and July 2015 he made video recordings of his step-daughter and her friend without their knowledge and for a sexual purpose. He also inappropriately touched both individuals. Police were recently contacted and an investigation was conducted.
