Family of a Canadian Israeli woman, who was missing since Hamas militants ambushed a music festival in southern Israel last Saturday, are dealing with the heartbreaking news she has died.
Shir Georgy’s aunt, Michal Bouganim, said the 22-year-old was killed by Hamas in the attack on the festival near Kibbutz Re’im.

VANCOUVER — Residents in southwestern British Columbia are in the best place to view the solar eclipse this morning.

CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders kept their CFL playoff hopes alive with a 26-19 win over the visiting Saskatchewan Roughriders on Friday.

COQUITLAM, B.C. — A 30-year-old man has been charged with murdering a Coquitlam, B.C., woman who was reported missing last November.
Police say that after an almost yearlong investigation, homicide investigators have determined that 57-year-old Jodine Millar was murdered.
