KAMLOOPS — Mounties in Kamloops have released the name and image of a deceased transient man nicknamed “Monster” who was discovered in a dumpster Thursday night, in order to further investigation in his death.
In a statement from the Kamloops RCMP Saturday, Gregory Troy Hamilton, who also went by the alias of Troy Hamilton and the nickname ‘Monster’, was located in a dumpster between two buildings in the 1900 block of Curlew Drive around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, Apri

OTTAWA — The federal government says it has deployed members of its Global Affairs Standing Rapid Deployment Team to Djibouti due to the volatile and rapidly deteriorating situation in Sudan.
