ELKTON, Md. (AP) — Two adults and three children were found shot to death Friday at a Maryland house after a man called 911 from the home to report a shooting, authorities said.

VANCOUVER — The Vancouver Aquarium says one of its Stellar sea lions has given birth to a healthy pup.
A statement from the aquarium says the birth occurred recently and the male pup, named Natoa, and his first-time mom, Rogue, are doing well.

Health Canada approves Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for kids six months to four years old
OTTAWA — Health Canada approved Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine today for use in children between six months and four years old.
The federal department says after a thorough and independent scientific review of the evidence, it concluded the benefits of the Pfizer-BioNTech’s Comirnaty vaccine outweigh the potential risks for kids.
It’s the second vaccine to be approved for that age group, after Health Canada approved Moderna’s Spikevax shot in July.

Plans underway to display a massive painting of the Queen that hung in old arena
WINNIPEG — A massive painting of the Queen that was once a fixture during hockey games and concerts in Winnipeg may soon be on public display again.
The painting’s owner, Ron D’Errico, says he plans on putting up the painting in a hangar at the security firm he owns.

CHILLIWACK — A group of women from the Fraser Valley are on a mission to bring a German Shepherd on the run to safety.
