ST. JOHN’S, N.L. — Police say seven people are in hospital after an explosion at a refinery in Come By Chance, N.L., about 150 kilometres west of St. John’s.
RCMP Cpl. Jolene Garland said earlier in the day that six people were injured, including one with serious injuries.
Garland says that around 6:20 p.m. local time the number of injured people increased to seven.

VANCOUVER — The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says last month’s home sales plunged roughly 40 per cent since August 2021, but were almost unchanged from this past July.
