MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes say fullback Christophe Normand has been suspended pending the outcome of a luring investigation.
Court records show Normand is facing two charges of luring a child, including one count of luring a child under 16.
Provincial police Sgt. Audrey-Anne Bilodeau said the 30-year-old Normand was arrested after a search at his home by police investigators on the morning of Aug. 19.

MONTREAL — Quebec provincial police say they have found a lithograph by the late internationally renowned Quebec painter Jean Paul Riopelle that was stolen more than 15 years ago.
Investigators say they found the artwork during a search executed at a house in late July in Mirabel, Que., north of Montreal.

MONTREAL — United States prosecutors say they are seeking formal authorization to offer a plea deal to the Montreal-area woman accused of mailing poison to former president Donald Trump.
