  Emergency dispatchers in Chatham-Kent will soon ask more detailed questions when residents call 911. Chatham-Kent Emergency Medical Services will move to a new dispatch system Nov. 18.   A new psychiatrist has joined Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. The hospital organization announced the addition of Dr. Syed Awn Raza to its mental health and addictions program Thursday. Awn Raza earned his medical degree in Pakistan in 2011 and practised as a medical officer following graduation.In 2018, he relocated to Ireland and spent eight years practising as a registrar in psychiatry.
