    A big celebration is planned this weekend to mark the 80th anniversary of the Dover Centre Memorial Park.Kelly Rankin-Hart, one of the organizers, said an anniversary event is held every 10 years for people to celebrate the park, which opened in 1946 on 1.4 hectares (3.5 acres) of land.The event begins Friday at 6 p.m. with baseball in the park, located at 25986 Baldoon Road in Dover Township.Saturday will feature a parade, beginning at 11 a.m., which will be led by the Canadian Cowgirls rodeo
