    Chatham-Kent home sales finished strong in 2025, according to the latest figures. The number of homes sold through the MLS system of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors totaled 77 units in December, up by 42.6 per cent from the same month in 2024. Home sales were 2.8 per cent below the five-year average and one per cent below the 10-year average for the month. On an annual basis, home sales totalled 1,213 units over the year.
