  Partners in the Eastern Ontario Regional Network’s Cell Gap Project are celebrating having met the project’s goals, with the remaining new towers expected to enter service by year’s end.While the network on Aug. 20 issued a news release announcing the meeting of the project’s targets, the work isn’t yet complete.
