    Belleville has introduced two-hour free parking in municipal parking lots within the Downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA).To take advantage of the new two-hour free parking, all vehicles must obtain a free parking permit from the pay-and-display machine or through the HotSpot Parking app using the lot’s zone number.
