    Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has made its third quarter (October 1 – December 31) payment totaling $745,728 to the City of Belleville for hosting Shorelines Casino Belleville.     Quinte Conservation staff and advisors have declared water levels in the area have returned to normal. The conservation authority’s area includes the Moira, Salmon, and Napanee Rivers and has spent months under varying degrees of low-water conditions.
