    On May 6 at 6:30a.m., Bancroft OPP say they responded to a call where a business had been broken into overnight. OPP say that: “the thief or thieves used their vehicle to gain access to the building. It's described as a dark-coloured pickup truck with a light bar”Volunteers and staff are reeling after the Monday Coe Hill thrift store break in.

    ‘Za’ for all: Scrabble group seeks new members, dictionaries welcome
    It was a j-o-v-i-a-l scene at the Maynooth library Thursday as the local scrabble club reunited.
    According to member Gloria McAlpine the club isn't usually able to meet in the winter.
    “A lot of us were away or the weather was too poor to try and drive here” explained McAlpine.
