• Chilliwack RCMP release photo of man suspected of ‘indecent act’

    The Chilliwack RCMP have released the photo of a man allegedly involved in an “indecent act” in a local parking lot.
    They are hoping the public can help identify the man, who they say was photographed in a parking lot in the 6600 block of Vedder Road on Oct. 30.
    In a press release sent out on Dec. 22, the RCMP said the man was allegedly engaging in the act inside a red car with a unique silver stripe.

    Charges have been laid in relation to the homicide of a 24-year-old whose body was found in Maple Ridge.

    An assault suspect has died following an incident with Prince Rupert RCMP.

    Two people are dead after a trailer fire in Surrey.
    Surrey Fire Services requested the assistance of Surrey Police Service around 9 p.m. Sunday night (Dec. 21), when they found a trailer engulfed in flames in the 12200-block of 102 Avenue, an SPS release said.
