  The Leader of Brent Council has described today’s fatal stabbing at its headquarters as “appalling and deeply tragic”.

  A person has died following reports of a stabbing at Brent Civic Centre in Wembley this afternoon.
  Emergency services were called to the Civic Centre at around 2.25pm today, Tuesday, August 25.
