Technology giants like Apple, Google, Whatsapp and Snapchat have announced their plans to increase privacy on users data amid the fight between Apple Inc and the FBI over encryption. The next date of hearing in the Apple encryption case is scheduled for March 22, a day after Apple unveils its latest iPhone, smart watch and iPad pro.
The California-based companies have also indicated the industry would be willing to back up their public support for Apple with concrete action, the Guardian reports
