  Authorities are investigating the deaths of two people who were found dead in their home in the Zama community on Sunday, August 30.
  At approximately 4:58 p.m., an individual arrived home and found a male and female who also lived at the residence unresponsive.

  The Kosciusko Whippets opened the 2026 high school football season hosting the Neshoba Central Rockets.
