• Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup

    Chop cauliflower 2sec/sp8 set asideChop Broccoli 2 sec / sp8 set aside in different bowl
    Chop pealed onion and garlic 3 sec / sp 7
    Add oil & cumin & sauté for 5 min / 100c / sp2
    Add stock, water and chopped cauliflower to the onion mix & cook 15 min / 100c / sp 3
    Add broccoli and cook a further 8 min / 100c / sp 3
    Blend 40 sec / sp 9 gradually increasing in speed

    In a small bowl place 100g of milk (lukewarm), yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and 3 tsp flour.
    Mix with a fork until yeast has dissolved then place in warm spot for 10 minutes until

  • Savoury Pizza Shapes Biscuits

    Preheat oven to 200c
    Add all pizza seasoning ingredients to TMX Bowl. Mill on Speed 9 for 6 seconds and set contents aside.
    Add flour, baking powder, water, and oil to bowl and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds. Set TMX tosetting andfor 1 minute 30 seconds.
    Hand knead the dough briefly and then divide into 3 pieces. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece out on a floured surface, as thin as possible without tearing.

  • Quick & Easy Peach/Apricot/Plum Cake

    Preheat oven to 200 deg (190 for fan forced)Add butter to bowl.  Melt Butter - 3min/90deg/speed 3  Add all other ingredients other than the fruit and cinnamon sugar.  Mix for 10 seconds/speed 5, scrape down and repeat for 10 seconds/speed 4 if required Add cake batter to a Slice Tin.  Add sliced fruit to the top of the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.   • Marmalade cake

    *Grease and line a small loaf tin.*Preheat the oven to 180°CBlitz the orange rind and sugar, 10secs/sp9. Scrape.
    Add the remaining ingredients ( except for the marmalade), 30secs/sp4. Scrape.
    Add the marmalade, 10secs/sp3[counterclock]Fold through any lumps by using the spatula (if any).
    Transfer to prepared tin and bake 40mins or until cooked when tested.
    Cool in the tin for 10mins before cooling on a wire rack and dusting with icing sugar to serve.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Place rhubarb into TM bowl 1 sec speed 6. Scrape out of the bowl & set aside.     Add water to the TM bowl. Place the simmer basket inside the bowl and fill with diced potato. Close the TM lid. Place the Brussels sprouts in the base of the Varoma dish.
