  According to Wildlife officials, a white-tailed deer in the Oklahoma Panhandle has tested positive for Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). A Texas County landowner reported the deer to the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation after witnessing it behaving abnormally.
