    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The Boulder County Coroner’s Office identified a hiker who fell to his death from South Boulder Peak as 23-year-old Gavin Caruso. The sheriff’s office responded to a call about two distressed hikers on June 24.

    Boulder To Reinstate Disposable Bag Fee
    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – Boulder’s disposable bag fee will be re-implemented starting July 1. The fee had been suspended following the start of the coronavirus and fears of resusable bags possibly spreading the virus.

    On Friday, the Boulder County Public Health Department stated reinstating the fee does not cause for health concerns.

    Reopening Colorado: State Approves Douglas County Variance Request
    DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment approved a variance request from Douglas County on Friday. The county wants to allow larger crowds to gather at theaters, pools and sports facilities.
    The county can now allow 175 people inside movie theaters, libraries, bowling alleys and music halls, and 250 people outside for gatherings.
    For sports leagues, 50 players are allowed indoors and outdoors.
