    SACRAMENTO (CBSLA) — Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sunday requested a federal Presidential Major Disaster Declaration to assist in the state’s coronavirus response.
    The request would provide counseling, disaster care management, unemployment assistance, legal services, nutrition assistance and other services.
