    SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — A Silver Alert for a San Marcos man with a cognitive impairment issued Friday morning has now been discontinued.An update from the Texas Department of Public Safety sent around 2:15 p.m. terminated the alert for a 67-year-old white man who was last seen Thursday afternoon.
