    Napoli head coach Luciano Spalletti has reacted to the injury sustained by Victor Osimhen, in Sunday's Serie A tie at Inter Milan.
    Osimhen appeared to fracture his cheekbone during a clash of heads with Inter defender Milan Skriniar.
