The University of Ilorin on Tuesday announced the reopening of hostels on campus, following the resumption of academic activities.
Prof. Lanre Ajibade, the Dean, Student Affairs Unit of the university, announced the reopening of the hostels in a statement in Ilorin.
Ajibade stated that further to the phased reopening of the university for physical activities, hostels have been reopened to students on campus.
He explained that the hostels would be opened on Jan. 24, for those having outstanding

The Ondo State Government has made the use of facemasks compulsory for civil servants before entering into its offices.
Dr Jibayo Adeyeye, Acting Commissioner for Health, Ondo State, made the pronouncement during a media briefing after the State Executive Council meeting on Tuesday.

A 28-year-old woman, Ramotu Isah, was, on Tuesday, arraigned before an Ado-Ekiti Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing three cell phones, valued at N128,000.

Katsina State government has on Tuesday fixed January 25th for reopening of primary and secondary (Day) schools in the state.
