At 36,110, India has world's highest toll for a 10-day span
Daily deaths have stayed above 3,000 for 10 days now, with cumulative fatalities at 36,110, translating to an average of 150 deaths every hour. This is the highest death toll reported by any country for a 10-day span. According to WHO, the highest cumulative deaths reported by the US for 10 consecutive days is 34,798 while the corresponding figure for Brazil is 32,692. -

An air ambulance with a patient on board did a safe belly landing in Mumbai at about 9.10pm on Thursday after one of its tyre fell off.
