    A 16-year-old youth from Cornwall is facing four counts of fail to comply with an undertaking and one count of domestic assault. Police alleged the youth punched and contacted his ex-girlfriend on June 3. According to police, he was bound by pre-existing conditions to not communicate with his ex-girlfriend or be within 50 metres of her.
