  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A teenager was shot and killed in his SUV, in a quiet south Sacramento neighborhood.
  “When I first found out I just started screaming. I woke up people in my house because I was screaming,” the victim’s aunt, Char McGinnis, said.

  SONORA (CBS13) — A man suffered a sinus fracture after getting shot in the face with a BB gun by his neighbor Wednesday morning, according to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Department.

  Stockton PD officers followed up a report of a family disturbance on Chaparral Way where a man, Thomas Stevens, 38, and woman reportedly engaged in an argument about their relationship.
