• Historical Artifacts Stolen From Lodi Collection

    SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CBS13) – Nearly $40,000 in historical artifacts were stolen Wednesday night from a Quonset hut near Lodi.
    Some of the items, dating back to the mid-1860s, were set to be sold in an estate sale this weekend.

    LODI (CBS13) — A Lodi big rig truck driver walked away from a scary crash caught on video in a Caltrans work zone on State Route 175 in Mendocino County Thursday.
    Cameras caught the giant truck sliding down an embankment from a tight bend in the roadway, it’s rear axle first, then it’s cab dragged behind it.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A busy Sacramento street may soon be getting a multimillion-dollar makeover.
    Melissa Rodriguez knows just how dangerous Florin Road can be for people not commuting in cars.

  • 22-Year-Old Man Arrested In Connection With Fatal Stockton Shooting

    STOCKTON (CBS13) — The Stockton Police Department that a 22-year-old man was arrested in connection to the shooting that killed one man and injured two more, including a juvenile, in September.
    Police said Tyrise Johns was arrested for the shooting that happened on Sept. 11 in the 300 block of E. Oak Street.
    21-year-old Wilbert Rigmaden was shot in the incident and died at the hospital five days later on Sept. 16.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A popular bridal shop is going out of business. The House of Fashion Bridal Salon has been a Sacramento staple for nearly 60 years but will close its doors for good next month.
